Senior Researcher

IFIC is about to launch its new 5-year strategy as a movement for change committed to collaboration as a fundamental way of working. We are a small team that punches above its weight in influencing policy and practice in integrated care in Europe and increasingly elsewhere.

We are looking for a senior researcher and evaluator who is passionate about the role that integrated care can play in health and care that is genuinely person and community centred through co-design, joined up and evidence-informed.

Experience of working in health and care as an embedded researcher and evaluator, if possible in the context of models of integrated care, would be ideal. You need to bring an understanding of the complex nature of implementing these kinds of programmes and an appreciation of the importance of engaging with and involving various groups in research and evaluation.

We want someone fresh with ideas and drive who can be pretty versatile and, in the spirit of a small, close working team, create presentations, write briefings, manage internal and external relationships, and support the CEO in a broad range of influencing activities.

Working for IFIC involves being part of a team that welcomes different viewpoints, opinions and backgrounds as a way to more effectively achieve our goals. We have a remote working policy and have worked hard over the last 2 years to build an inclusive and collaborative culture that ensures no-one working from home feels isolated.

We have substantially increased the number of EU-funded projects this year as well as increasing the number of national and regional level projects. These new experiences mean that there will be numerous opportunities for personal and professional development along the way.

If you have interest in either of these roles, we would love to hear from you. Please send us your CV and a supporting letter referring where appropriate to the Job Description and email to
