Welcome to the live stream for the International Conference on Integrated Care, broadcasting live from Lisbon from Wednesday 14 to Friday 16 May. 

Throughout the conference, we will be streaming all sessions from the Main Auditorium (Stream 1) and Small Auditorium (Stream 2).

Choose your preferred stream using the buttons below, or explore the table to navigate through our live events programme and click the streaming link to go straight to your chosen session.

All links will bring you to an external YouTube streaming page. Once a session is complete, the stream will continue playing through to the next session in that room.

All times are Lisbon - Western European Summertime (WEST), and the first session kicks off at 9am local time on Wednesday, May 14th.

A integração de cuidados é um pilar essencial para melhorar o acesso, a qualidade e a equidade dos serviços, numa era marcada por desafios socioeconómicos, desigualdades regionais e mudanças demográficas.

Os objetivos principais deste 1.º Summit incluem:

  • Fortalecer a cooperação internacional reforçando os laços entre os países da CPLP, promovendo o intercâmbio de boas práticas e soluções inovadoras para desafios comuns, como o envelhecimento populacional, doenças crónicas, saúde mental e resposta a emergências de saúde pública
  • Promover a integração de sistemas de saúde através da articulação eficaz entre os diferentes níveis e setores do sistema de saúde, garantindo uma abordagem contínua, centrada na pessoa e adaptada às necessidades locais
  • Capacitar os profissionais e organizações através da partilha de experiências de forma a preparar os profissionais e instituições de saúde para a integração de cuidados
  • Promover a inovação tecnológica e a digitalização como instrumentos promotores e adjuvantes do desenvolvimento de sistemas de saúde mais integrados
  • Promover um esforço conjunto para combater desigualdades no acesso à saúde; Valorizar a cooperação em saúde em língua portuguesa criando um espaço de diálogo e aprendizagem mútuo
  • Redigir a “Carta de Consenso e Compromisso” para a promoção da integração de cuidados de saúde ao nível dos países de língua oficial portuguesa.
