In 2021, Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) participated in the IFIC Autumn School. Over the week, a group comprising SLHD staff, NSW Department of Communities and Justice Housing staff, non-government agencies, social housing tenants and other community members were tasked with designing an integrated care intervention to better support the health and wellbeing needs of residents of the Waterloo social housing estate, in inner Sydney NSW, and improve communication between services and residents.

Read MoreCongratulations to IFIC Senior Associate Anne Hendry who has been confirmed as the British Geriatrics Society (BGS) next deputy honorary secretary.
Based in Scotland, Professor Anne Hendry is currently a Senior Associate for the International Foundation for Integrated Care and is involved in the European Joint Action on Frailty. Anne chaired the organising committee for ICIC15 in Edinburgh and in 2016 took up a new role as IFICs Senior Associate in Scotland.
