Engaging, empowering and enabling people for active and healthy living
The International Foundation of Integrated Care (IFIC), in partnership with NHS24 and the Joint Improvement Team of the Scottish Government hosted the 15th International Conference for Integrated Care “Complex Needs, Integrated Solutions: Engaging, empowering and enabling people for active and healthy living” in Edinburgh, Scotland from 25-27 March 2015 .
The aim of this conference was to exchange knowledge, experience and new ideas in the design and delivery of integrated health and social care. The conference was attended by more than 500 delegates from over 40 countries who are leading the movement towards integrated care in their regions and at a national level.
