IFIC LatAm Workshop Series End of Life and Integrated Care: Practices and Challenges 2023-2024

From the Integrated Care and End of Life Working Group of the Latin American Node of the International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC LatAm), we extend a warm invitation to you to participate in the 2023-2024 Workshop Series, End of Life and Integrated Care: Practices and Challenges.
