Webinar: Integrated Health Care: Experiences at the local level from Latin America

On October 5, 2022, the second webinar of IFIC LatAm’s launch took place, titled “Integrated Health Care: Local-Level Experiences from Latin America.” The webinar featured the following presentations:

• Presentation 1: Dr. María Cecilia Reos, Coordinator of the Anticoagulated Patients Management Unit in Home Medicine, Italian Hospital of Buenos Aires.

Conference: “Addressing Challenges for Integrated Care of Anticoagulated Patients in Home Medicine.”

• Presentation 2: Dr. Carla Gríos Dávila, Specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics. Advisor to the Medical Management Office, CCSS.

Conference: “Qualified Care Model in Pregnancy, Delivery, Postpartum; Centered on Women, Pregnant Families, Community, Humanized Management, and Cultural Relevance in Maternity Services of the Costa Rican Social Security Fund.”

• Presentation 3: Dr. Christine Leyns, Research Associate at the Institute of Social Sciences Research (INCISO), Universidad Mayor de San Simon, Cochabamba, Bolivia.

Conference: “Experience of Integrated Care in Traditional Markets in Bolivia.”
