Integrated Care Academy

The International Foundation for Integrated Care invites mid- to high-level care professionals, managers and policy-makers interested or involved in the design and delivery of integrated care programmes and who seek to influence policy and practice, to apply for the IFIC Fellowship programme. This rolling programme offers prospective participants 10-12 months’ enhanced access to IFIC’s expertise, network and events, as well as one-to-one mentoring, participation in its study tours, conferences, and summer school. Fellows can expect to gain an in-depth understanding of the challenges involved in implementing integrated care effectively, develop valuable contacts, and gain knowledge from ongoing international exchange and collaboration across IFIC’s members and associates.

Fellows will be supported to work ‘virtually’ on an individually-tailored project of their choice and relevant to their own context in a way that will work with and around their professional commitments and personal circumstances. Applicants must demonstrate a strong interest in integrated care and submit a formal proposal that fits with IFIC’s mission of advancing the science, knowledge and adoption of integrated care in policy and practice around the world.IFIC Fellowship programme

The basis for the fellowship is a project relevant to the fellow and their employer, which will be elaborated during the year.
