This webinar draws on the latest research evidence regarding the successful adoption of integrated care programmes and introduces the Implementation Model for Integrated Care. The webinar describes nine core components of an implementation strategy for taking forward integrated care. It also makes a distinction between the ‘technical’ components in implementing these nine steps, and the necessary ‘relational’ tasks required to build support for change and enable collaborations and partnerships to flourish in practice. Issues of leadership and management are also discussed.
