The NewHealth Foundation http://www.newhealthfoundation.org/ and the International Foundation of Integrated Care (IFIC) closely collaborate to promote integrated care in Spain. The NewHealth Foundation has set up the Spanish Observatory on Integrated Care (OMIS, http://www.omis-nh.org) as a bottom up and collaborative initiative to provide leadership and knowledge transfer to develop integrated care in Spain. The OMIS achieves this by identifying and analysing best practices, disseminating findings, transferring knowledge, enlightening debates and mobilising key actors.
