Horizon2020 project SUSTAIN coming to Oxford for its next meeting

As part of its research agenda, IFIC is a consortium partner in project SUSTAIN – sustainable tailored integrated care for older people in Europe. As the first year of the project has drawn to a close, the case sites in Austria, England, Estonia, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway and Spain are embarking on their change implementation, while the work packages on the roadmap and toolkit development to support the transformational change process are providing first drafts based on literature reviews. In the next phase, the elements and tools identified as crucial in these work packages will be tested out with the case sites and their feedback will provide insights into the practical applicability and contextualisation of them. IFIC is happy to host and organise the next project meeting at Wolfson College in Oxford, from November 2 to 4, where an overview and status quo of the progress within each of these sites and work packages will be presented. Furthermore, the test and feedback phase at the case sites will be discussed and planned aligned with the overall project plan.
