Taking place in Bangkok, from 29 January to 3 February 2019, the conference’s theme is ‘The Political Economy of NCDs: A Whole of Society Approach’.
About 2,000 delegates are expected to attend the event, which is co-hosted by the Prince Mahidol Award Foundation, the Thai Ministry of Public Health, Mahidol University, the World Health Organization, The World Bank, U.S. Agency for International Development, Japan International Cooperation Agency and The Rockefeller Foundation.
Dr Dedeu said: “I am looking forward to meeting international colleagues at the PMCA. This conference is a great opportunity for IFIC to spread the word about the most significant examples of adoption of Integrated Care across the world.”
