Integrated Care Initiatives Publication Opportunity

IFIC Ireland, in partnership with the Health Service Executive Ireland, is collecting and mapping documented implementations of integrated health and care across the island of Ireland to promote best practices, exemplars, and learnings through the IFIC Ireland website to enable knowledge exchange and dissemination.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) will be used to select potential initiatives for further exploration and if your initiative will be considered then you will need to complete a more detailed application (with support from IFIC) and agree to be contacted by researchers who might want to further discuss you answers. Following this process a final number of initiatives will be selected for write up and will be shared nationally and internationally through the IFIC networks. There are no expected costs to the successful applicants, beyond time commitment. All research and publications costs are born by IFIC Ireland, supported by the HSE.
