IFIC Australia signed a new Partnership with Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) aimed at strengthening its commitment to Integrated Care in New South Wales.
WSLHD commented that we are proud to be a new Partner of IFIC Australia and look forward to how this new collaboration will support our work to improve the way our partners across health and social care work together to improve the health and wellbeing of our population.
This latest partnership agreement was signed following a meeting between IFIC Australia and WSLHD on March 21.
Afterwards IFIC’s CEO Dr Nick Goodwin said: Western Sydney LHD are one of the integrated care trailblazers in Australia. Their success as one of the three Integrated Care Demonstrators in New South Wales is now being translated into a wider vision for integrated care to support population health and wellbeing. We fully welcome their participation as a Silver Partner of IFIC Australia.
