Third Transformers Special Event Series Announced

IFIC Australia’s knowledge partner The Centre for Healthcare Knowledge & Innovation (the Centre) has a new look. On July 1, the North Coast Primary Health Network initiative transitioned to a consortium of some of the most effective and progressive service providers on the North Coast. Partners include:

Together with our input, the Centre aims to:

  • Stimulate innovation and the development of system integration solutions
  • Provide opportunities for cross-sector networking and collaboration
  • Disseminate best national/international practice and research to elevate local approaches to prevention
  • Offer an archive of knowledge and tools to translate knowledge into practice

Priority areas

The Centre Partners have identified eight priority areas for 2018/19 and welcome input from those with knowledge in these fields. If you would like to drive innovation on the North Coast in one of the below fields, please get in touch.
