IMPLEMENT

IMPLEMENT was a two-year EUFP7 project that started on September 1 2013 with the aim of accelerating improvements in care and support for people with chronic illnesses across the European Union. IFIC was involved as a National Expert Centre (NEC) to help develop the Implementation Research Agenda that has delivered a list of research needed for faster and more effective implementation of improvements in chronic care, as well as an ordered set of priorities for this research.
