This is a joint Special Interest Group between the International Foundation of Integrated Care (IFIC) and the Global Observatory of Long-term Care (GLTC).
Purpose
This Special Interest Group (SIG) aims to facilitate collaboration across disciplines and countries to enhance our understanding, adoption, and evaluation of integrated long-term care. We want to create a space and opportunity to share knowledge and evidence to improve integrated long-term care policies and practices worldwide.
