David joined IFIC in April 2022 as Communications Officer and works on pan-European integrated healthcare projects. He is responsible for communication and dissemination for these projects, including planning and executing communications strategies and creating collateral for a range of communications channels.

David’s background is in journalism, working with The Echo in Cork, Ireland, for seven years as a political reporter and commentator. He worked in corporate communications before joining IFIC. David has a BA in English and Politics from University College Cork (UCC), an MBS in Government from UCC, and an MA in English from the Open University.
