Biography 

Dr. Wojtak is a senior healthcare leader with 20+ years’ experience in the home and community care sector in Ontario, Canada. She runs a consulting practice focused on health system strategy and is also the Lead for Integrated Care with the East Toronto Health Partners (Ontario Health Team). Her expertise spans corporate strategy, health system policy, integrated care, governance, and corporate performance as well as risk management, quality improvement, change leadership, and communications.

Dr. Wojtak is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto in the Institute for Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation (IHPME) where she teaches Health Systems Strategy and also lectures on performance measurement, quality, and health care policy. She has a Doctorate in Public Health (Health Leadership) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Masters of Health Science (Health Administration) from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours Biology) from the University of Western Ontario.
