Dr Niamh Lennox-Chhugani is an academic, qualitative researcher and executive leader with 35 years experience in evidence-based transformation in healthcare internationally. Integration has been a defining feature of her clinical, service management, academic and research career spanning health and social care, education and other public services in the UK, European Union, North America and Africa.

She has contributed to the work of the International Foundation for Integrated Care since 2015. She served as IFIC CEO from March 2021 until August 2026. She is a Trustee of The Advocacy People, a UK-based charity giving people a stronger voice in care services.
