As Vice President of the Emerging Researchers and Professionals in Integrated Care (ERPIC) team Hannah will be focused on creating a platform for emerging researchers and professionals working in, or interested in the field of integrated care to come together to advance the science and knowledge behind integrated care. Working with the ERPIC team, Hannah will create strategies to reach out to and connect ERPIC members as well as potential senior researchers and mentors.

Hannah is the Integrated Care Lead with Children’s Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service in Brisbane, Australia, where her role is focused on implementing and evaluating CHQ’s paediatric Integrated Care Strategy, and coordinating the Integrated Care for Children, Young People and Families Special Interest Group. Hannah has a Master of Public Health, and her research interests lie in exploring children, young people and their families’ experiences of accessing, and receiving care, and healthcare providers’ experiences of delivering integrated care. She is passionate about integrated care, particularly as it relates to children, young people and families.
