Shreya joined the International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC) in October 2025 as Junior Analyst & Operations Assistant. In this role, she applies strong analytical and quantitative skills to support data-driven evaluation work, including communicating actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Working closely with the Director of Operations and Resources, she also leverages strong organisational, problem-solving and project management skills to optimise administrative, financial and HR processes and ensure the smooth delivery of IFIC's day-to-day activities. Acting as a first point of contact for general enquiries into IFIC's work, Shreya manages communications efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive impression with external contacts. In addition to her core responsibilities, she supports the Integrated Care Academy, where she plays a key role in processing applications, welcoming learners, and managing enquiries.

Shreya holds a BSc in Medical Biosciences from Imperial College London. Passionate about driving change towards more equitable, person-centred care systems, she is committed to applying her analytical skills and creativity to harness digital innovations throughout IFIC’s project work and operational processes, supporting the organisation’s core mission to advance integrated care globally.
